(329) Calv.t County ss.t April 23d 1747 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices for the County afs.d Richard Johns being one of the People Called Quakers did Take his Solemn Affirmation that to the Best of his Knowledge and Judgment the above account is a Just and True Copy from Randolph Morris's Books and I do Certifie that I have Exam.d the Books of the afs.d Randolph Morris and that they have been Legally proved as the Law Directs Sutton Isaack And the said Edward by Jeremiah Chase his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &C.a and prays leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and and the same day is given to the same Rich.d & Eliz.a Ex.rs as afs.d here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Edward as the said Richard and Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d by their attorneys afs.d and the said Edward by his s.d attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Cha.s Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Rich.d and Elizabeth ^Ex.rs afs.d^ here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in Augst afs.d Comes here as well the said Edward as the said Rich.d & Eliz.a Ex.rs afs.d by their attorneys afs.d and the said Edward by his said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the same day is given the same Richard & Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Edward as the said Richard and Elizabeth Ex.rs afs.d by their attorneys afs.d and the s.d Edward by his said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be Holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the said Richard and Eliz.a Ex.rs afs.d here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said Edward as the said Richard and Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d by their attorneys afs.d and the said Edward by his said attorney Prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Richard and Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Edward as the said Richard & Eliz.a Ex.rs as afs.d by their att.ys afs.d and the said Edward by his said attorney Prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Rich.d & Eliz.a Ex.rs as aforesaid here &Ca At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d Comes here as well the said Edw.d as the said Richard and Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d and ^by^ their attorney afs.d and the said Edward by his said Attorney Prays further leave to Imparle here to until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in November and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Richard & Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d here &Ca At which day to wit the second Tuesday in November afs.d Comes here as well the said Edward as the said Richard and Eliz.a Ex.rs as afs.d by their attorneys afs.d and the said Edward by his said attorney prays further prays further leave to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in March and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Richard & Eliz.a Ex.rs as afs.d here &Ca And now here at this day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d Came as well the said Edward as the said Richard and Elizabeth Ex.rs as afs.d Whereupon all and singular the Premises being by the Court here (according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided fully seen (heard) |
