And there offered to us Relating to the Bounds of the said Land which are
hereunto annexed  Witness our hands and seals this first day of
January 1747

Note  that the words (which are hereunto         Francis Ware   (SS)
annexed) Interlined in the seventh line           
of the above Return were Interlined before

attended eleven days as an Evidence for Timothy Carrington to wit George Tarvin

John Clark Jun makes oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he attended
fifteen days as an Evidence for Samuel Luckett to wit Robert Gilpin

Henry Acton makes oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he attended Three
days as an Evidence for Thomas Cawood at suit Edward Trafford

Bartholomew Hatton makes oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he
attended five days as an Evidence for James Freeman against Thomas Kelly

Thomas Lewis makes oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he attended five
days as an Evidence for Margaret Perry against Joseph Hynd








The Honourable the Comissary General Pursunt to the
