(282)                  November Court Anno Domini 1747

said Tobacco ^so^ as aforesaid Paid to and Received by the said Samuel he the said Francis Demarr did so
carelessly Improvidently and Deceitfull keep that the said Tobacco on the first day of August in the year
of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and forty five at the said Tobacco House in Charles
County aforesaid for want of a good light House was Damnified and Spoiled and the said Fran.s
altho often Requested by the same Samuel to make satisfaction for the said Tobacco so spoiled
& Damaged to wit the first day of September in the year last mentioned and often since at
Charles County aforesaid hath Altogether Refused and Still doth Refuse to the Damage
of the said Samuel sixteen Hundred and Twenty four pounds of good Merchantable
Tobacco Wherefore the said Samuel brings suit and so forth

    And the said Francis Demarr by Henry Darnall his attorney Comes and defends
the force and Injury when &C.a and prays leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next and he hath it
and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &C.a

                                                             At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March
aforesaid Comes here as well the said Samuel as the said Francis by their Attorneys afs.d 
and the said Francis by his said Attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle here
to until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in
June Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &C.a

                                              At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes
here as well the said Samuel as the said Francis by their attorneys aforesaid and the s.d
Francis by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next
Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in August Next and he
hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &Ca

                                               At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in August afs.d
Comes here as well the said Samuel as the said Francis by their attorneys aforesaid
and the said Francis by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto
until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in November Next
and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &Ca

                                              At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in Nov.r afs.d
Comes here as well the said Samuel as the said Francis by their attorneys aforesaid
and the said Francis by his said Attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto
until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March
Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Samuel here &Ca

                                              At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d
Comes here as well the said Samuel as the said Francis by their attorneys aforesaid &
the said Francis by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until
the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June Next and he hath it
