The said Ann Clark Recover against Robert Green as well the Sum of Two Thousand Eighty
Three and one Third Pounds of Tobacco for his ^her^ Damages aforesaid as also the
Sum of four Hundred and Twenty one pounds of Tobacco for his ^her^ Costs and Charges by
him about her Suit In this Part lade out and Expended and the said Robert Green
Def.t in mea   In Mercy &Ca

This being an Action upon the Case for the Recover of four pounds Currency due
on a Note to the said Falkner & Muschett from the said Thomas Hungerford the s.d
Thomas was by Virtue of a Capias ad Respondendum Returnable before his Lordships
County Court on the Second Tuesday in November 1745 Arrested and then and there
appearing
                                  And the said Thomas by Philip Key his Attorney Comes and
defends the force and Injury when &Ca and prays leave thereof to Imparle hereto
until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March
Next and he has it and the same day is given the same Falkner & Muschett here &Ca

    At which day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d Comes here as well the said
Falkner and Muschett as the said Thomas by their attorneys aforesaid and the said
Thomas by his said attorney prays further leave thereof to Imparle here to until the
Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in June Next and he
hath it and the same day is given the same Falkner & Muschett here &Ca

    At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in June afs.d Comes here as well the said Falkner &
Muschett as the said Thomas by their attorneys afs.d and the said ^Tho.s^ by his said Attorney
Prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles
Town on the Second Tuesday in August Next and he hath it and the same day is
given to the same Falkner & Muschett here &Ca

                                                      At which day to wit the second Tuesday in August
aforesaid Comes here as well the said Falkner & Muschett as the said by their attorneys
aforesaid and the said Thomas by his said Attorney Prays further leave thereof to
Imparle hereto until the Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday
in November Next and he hath it and the same day is given to the same Falkner &
Muschett here &Ca
                                           At which day to wit the Second Tuesday in Nov.r afs.d Comes
here as well the said Falkner and Muschett as the said Thomas by their Attorneys afs.d
the said Thomas by his said Attorney Prays further leave thereof to Imparle hereto until the
Next Court to be holden at Charles Town on the Second Tuesday in March Next and he
hath it and the same day is given to the same Falkner & Muschett here &Ca
