Ten pounds Current money with one sufficient Security in the Like sum for her appearance at the Next County Court to be holden at Charles Town on the second Tuesday in June Next Thereupon into Court here in her proper person Comes the aforesaid Anne Coffer of Charles County spinster and Richard Coffer of same County PLanter and Acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord Propry that is to say the said Anne in the sum of Ten pounds Current money and the said Richard Coffer in the Like Sum which sums they and Each of them severally yielded and Granted should and might be Levied on their and Each of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements to and for the use of his said Lordship his Heirs and Successors The Condition of which Recognizance is that if the above bound Anne Coffer shall personally appear at the Next County Court to be holden for this County to do and Receive what shall be then and there Enjoined here by the said Court then this Recogn to be void otherwise to be and Remain in full force and Virtue
