(19) Charged Whereupon the said Bartholomew together with his Mainpernor from the same Recognizance are acquit and Discharged Be it Remembred that on this day to wit the second Tuesday in March afs.d Robert Morrison Into Court herein his Proper person Comes according to the Tenor of his Recognizance taken Before the Worshipfull M.r Robert Hanson on the Twenty sixth day of January One Thousand seven Hundred and forty six that Is to say He the said Robert in the sum of Ten pounds Current Money of Maryland together with James Freeman his Mainpernor in the sum of five pounds like money for his the said Robert appear to Testify against James Freeman and Janet His wife concerning their Breach of the peace and breach of the Sabath wherewith they stand Charged whereupon the said Robert together with his mainpernor from the same Recognizance are acquit and Discharged Be it Remembred that on this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Alexander Macclarran Into Court therein his Proper person Comes According to the Tenor of His Recognizance taken before the Worshipfull &c.a Robert Hanson on the Twenty sixth day of January one Thousand Seven Hundred and forty six that is to say He the said Alex.r In the sum of Ten pounds Current Money of Maryland together with George Tarvin his Mainpernor in the sum of five Pounds like Money for his the said Alex.r appear to Testify Against James Freeman and Janet his wife concerning Their Breach of the peace and Breach of the Sabath where with they stand Charged Whereupon the said Alexander Together with his Mainpernor from the same Recognizance are acquit and Discharged |
