March Court Anno Dom 1746 Twenty Ninth day of January one Thousand seven hundred & forty six seven That is to say she the said Anne Coffer in the sum of Ten Pounds Current Together with John Holding her Mainpernor in the sum of five pounds Like money for her the said Anne Appear to give Evidence against Henry Davis Robert Haislop Henry Woodyard and John Delozier Concerning the Matters wherewith the parties Charged Whereupon the said Anne together with [illegible] from the same Recognizance are acquit and Discharged
Court herein their Proper persons Come According to the Tenor of the said James's Recognizance Taken before the worshipfull M.r Robert Hanson on the Twenty sixth day of January one Thousand seven Hundred and forty six That is to say the said James Freeman in the sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money of Maryland and Walter Dodson the sum of Ten pounds like Money (or his the said James and Janet this wife their appear Before the Justices of this Court to be held on the second Tuesday in March aforesaid to answer unto what shall be Pledged against Them of and Concerning a breach of the sabbath and a breach of his Lordships peace and to be of good behaviour &c.a Whereupon nothing being Pledged against the said James and Jeanet his wife they together with Walter Dodson the said James their Mainpernor afs.d from the same Recognizance are acquit and Discharged upon paying the several fees arisen due to the officers And Ministers of the Court there by Occasion of the Premisses Be it Remembred that on this day to wit the Second Tuesday in March afs.d Bartholomew Hatton Into Court herein His proper person Comes According to the Tenor of his Recognizance Taken before the Worshipfull M.r Robert Hanson on the Twenty sixth Day of January One Thousand seven Hundred and forty six that is to Say the said Bart.w on the sume of Ten pounds Current Money of Maryland Together with Alex.r Maccclarrar his Main pernor in the sum of five Pounds like Money for his the said Bartholomew appear ^concerning^ a breach of the peace and a breach of the Sabath wherewith they Stand (charged) |
