Petitioners as in duty Bound shall pray
                                                          On Reading of which Petition it was
ordered that summons issue for Aaron Nalley & Uxor Returnable to adjourn
Court to answer the Premises


John Brooks by his Petition to the Court here has an old Negroe man Named Adam
set Levy free for the future


Robert Mastin by his Petition to the Court here has an old Negroe Woman Named
Jane set Levy free for the future


John Cawood Petition to the Court here to be Levy free is Rejected


John Baker Petition for a further allowance is Rejected


Andrew Monroe Petition for an allowance of keeping a Boy that is Dum
is Rejected

Josep Tims by his Petition to the Court here for an allowance for Burying a poor woman
and his Wife's Delivering the said Woman of a Child allowed four Hundred Pounds of Tob.o


Stephen Mankin by his Petition to the Court here for an allowance for keeping a
poor woman & after her death burying her with Sheet & Coffin & keeping a Child of the s.d
Womans Three months for which he is allowed One Thousand Pounds of Tobacco


John Cosby his Petition to the Court her sets forth that he was over Charged ^him^ Two Levy's more
than he had for which he is allowed but for one Fifty one Pounds of Tobacco


Be it Remembered that pursuant to an order of Court Holden at Charles Town
on the Second Tuesday in August last Commission Issued Returnable here &C.a  To
Examine Evidences touching the bounds of a Tract ^Three Parcels^ of Land in the said County in
Possession of Jane Mankin in the Words following Vizt

Charles County ss.t   Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of
Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &C.a  To M.r William Middleton
M.r Samuel Hawkins M.r Henry Marten and M.r Samuel Luckett Gent

Whereas Jane Mankin being in Possession of Three parcels of Land called
Pardinership Mores hope and Good Luck lying in the said County did on the Eleventh
day of August being in the Thirty Third year of our Dominion &C.a Refer her Certain Pet.r in
Writing to our Court that is to say to our County Court held at Charles Town in and for
