Therefore It is Considered by the Court here that ^the said^ John have Condemnation
of the Effects afs.d to one Pound seventeen shillings Currency and six Hundred Pounds
of Tobacco according to the schedule afs.d by the Court here adjudged according to the form
force and Effect of the act of Assembly in those Cases late made & Provided and that
the said John have thereof Execution &Ca

                            It was Commanded the sheriff that (whereas
Jonathan Davies Jun lately in our Court before us at our Court to wit our County
Court held at Charles Town in and for the County afs.d on the Twelfth day of March
in the Thirtieth Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and forty four
Recovered against Charles Craycroft the sum of Two pounds Eleven shillings & nine
Pence Currency for his Damages which he hath Sustained by occasion of a Certain
Promise and Assumption and assumption by him the said Charles to the same
Jonathan made and unperformed as also the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Nine
Pounds of Tobacco for his C
