Ordered that Margret Lindow recover against George Gale thirty pounds of tobacco being due unto him
her for her attendance one day as an Evidence on behalfe of ^the said^ George Gale against  the said Richard Knight
she haveing made oath to the same &c

Ordered that Francis Allen ^Jun.r^ recover against Moses Challie one hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance five days as an Evidence on behalfe of ^the said^ Moses Challie against the said
Nathaniel Horsey he haveing made oath to the same &c

       Ordered that John White pokomoke recover against John Hall one hundred and Eighty pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his attendance six days as an Evidence on behalfe of ^the said^ John Hall at suit James
Nairn he haveing made oath to the same &c

Ordered that Archibald White & Isaac Dickerson recover against James Nairn one hundred and Eighty pounds of
tobacco each being due unto them for their attendance six days ^each^ as an Evidences on behalfe of ^the said^ James Nairn against the said
John Hall they haveing made oath to the same &c

Ordered that Robert Boyer recover against James Nairn one hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco being
due unto ^him^ for his attendance five days as an Evidence on behalfe of ^the said^ James Nairn against John Hall he
haveing made oath to the same &c

       Ordered that Whittington Johnson Joseph Davis & Mathias Nicholson recover against William
Scott one hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco ^each^ being due unto them for their attendance five days each as Evidences
on behalfe of ^the said^ William Scott against the said Joshua Sturges they haveing made oath to the same &c

       Ordered that David Ross & W.m Laws recover against Joshua Sturges one hundred and fifty pounds of
tobacco each being due unto them for their attendance five days each as Evidences on behalfe of Joshua Sturgess
at suit William Scott they haveing made oath to the same &c

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he
should take John Powell late of Somerset County planter if he should be
found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his
body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty to Satisfie James Stephen Bredell Adm.r
of all and Singular the goods Chattles and Creditts which were of Isaiah Bredell dec.d at the time of his
death who died Intestate of five pounds ten Shillings in Bills of Creditt and One Gunia in Gold
and three hundred and thirty eight pounds of tobacco which to the same James Stephen Bredell in
the same Court before his said Lordships Justices at dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages
which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and Assumption by the same John to the same
James Stephen made and not performed whereof he is Convict and the same day is given to the
afd James Stephen here &.a         Att which day here Came the afd James Stephen Bredell by George
Douglas his attorney and the sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here Returned that he had taken the
