    March Court                                   1740                                    83

said John Rousby in the said sum of fifty nine pounds sterling to be paid to the said John Rousby his
Certain Attorney Executors Administrators or assigns on the first day of September next after the date of
the said writing Obligatory  Nevertheless the said John Larramore in his life or the said Mary his
Executrix since his death the said fifty nine Pounds sterling on the said first day of September or before
or since that time to the said John Rousby have not rendred nor hath either of them the same to the
said John Rousby hitherto Rendred and the same Mary the same to the said John Rousby to Render
still doth deny and unjustly detain altho the said John Larramore n his Life to wit on the said first
day of September in the year afd at the County afd and the said Mary Executrix of the said John
Larramore after the death of the said John Larramore vizt on the first day of June Anno Dom
MDCCXXXIX at the County afd and often since that time the same to the said John Rousby to render
were severally Required  Whereupon the said John Rousby says he is damnify'd sixty pounds
sterling and thereof he brings suit &.a                                             Pledges &.a J Doe and R Roe

    And the afd Mary Larramore by her attorney Comes and defends the force and injury when &.c
and prayeth Leave thereof ^to^ Imparle here untill next court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the
County afd the third tuesday of August then next Following and she hath it and the same day is
given to the afd John here also &.a

       Att which day here Came againe as well the afd John Rousby Esq.r as the afd Mary Larramore
by their attornys afd and  Whereupon the said Mary Larramore prays further Leave thereof
to Imparle here untill next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County afd the third tuesday
of November then next Following and she hath it and the same day is given to the afd John here also &.a

    Att which day here Came againe as well the afd John Rousby Esq.r as the afd Mary Larramore
by their Attorneys afd  And Whereupon the said Mary Larramore prays further Leave thereof
to Imparle here untill next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County afd the third tuesday
of March then next Following and she hath it and the same day is given to the afd John here also &.a

       Att which day here Came againe as well the afd John Rousby Esq.r as the afd Mary Larramore
by their attorneys afd  And Whereupon the said Mary Larramore as before defends the force and Injury
when &.a and prays a hearing of the writing Obligatory afd and it is Read to her and prays also
a hearing of the Condition of the same writing and it is Read to her in those words  The Condition of
the above Obligation is such that if the above bound John Larramore his heirs Executors or Administrators
doe well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named John Rousby his heirs Executors or
Administrators the sum of twenty nine Pounds ten shillings sterling at or upon the tenth day of September
