and he and his Security discharged &c Whereupon the said Archibald McNeal is Ordered to give New Recognizance in ten Pounds Currt money of the Province afd with one Security in the Like sum for his the said Archibald M.ccNeal Good behaviour and appearance at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County afd the third Tuesday of June then next following ^and^ to Answer unto such matters and things as should be then and there Objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe &.a Thereupon the said Archibald M.ccNeal with a Certain Edward Rooke of Somerset County Planter his security both Present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship in ten Pounds Currt money each to be served of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordships his heirs and Successors If It happen that the said Archibald M.ccNeal doe not make his Personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then next following and doe not answer unto his said Lordship of ^all^ such matters and things as should be then and there Objected against him in his said Lordships behalfe and doe not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court hereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordships and his good People but more especially to Catherine Wildman &.a
new Recognizance in Ten pounds Curr.t money of Maryland for his the said Geo Taylors appearance at June Court next to answer his Committing of fornication &a Thereupon the said George Taylor present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in ten pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordships his heirs and Successors If it happen that ^he^ the said George Taylor do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next following and doe not Answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning of ^his^ Commit of fornication with a Certain Elizabeth Beavins and doe not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon ^and^ doe depart the same Court without Leave &c |
