                     To the Worshipfull ^the^ Justices of the County af.d Samuel Wilson and Martha his wife and Henry
Waggaman and Mary his wife heirs at Law of Levin Wolford Sheweth that the said Levins Father Roger
Wolford being Siezed in his life of two tracts of Land one Called Wolford the Other Happy Addition devised one
part of the same to his son Roger in fee and the Residue of the same to the said Levin in fee that since the death of the said Levin
the bounds of the said Lands between your petitioners and John Wolford who Claims under the said Roger the Devisee are
decayed and become uncertain your petitioners pray that a Commission may be granted by your Worships to proper persons
to be directed to take the depositions of witnesses Concerning the boundarys of the said Lands in order to perpetuate their
testimoney and your petitioners shall pray

                The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  It is Considered
by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd Samuel Wilson and Martha his wife Henry Waggaman and Mary his
wife as by the petition afd is praid and that George Dashiell Robert Jones Joseph Gillisse and William Jones of Goose
Creek all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission agreeable to act of assembly in Such Case made
and provided &a

          To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now sitting your Humble petitioner
humbly Sheweth that he is very much hurt oppressed with the County Road going through his plantation
and hath Cleared a new Road along by the end of his plantation with the Consent and help of his Neighbours where it
will be reather Better Road and I believe nothing farther most humbly prays that your worships would be pleased to grant
your petitioner an Order for the new road and to barr up the Old Road and you will Very much Oblidge your most humble
petitioner as In duty bound shall ever pray

       The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  It
is Considered that the petitioner Daniel Selby Turn the Road as by the petition aforesaid is praid &a

Somerset ss.t    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting
the Application of Joseph McClester humbly Sheweth that your humble Supplicant hath been in
Custody ever since the year one thousand seven hundred thirty and seven of the sheriffe of the said County
and still is in the present sheriffs Custody and many times during the said time hath represented his unhappy Condition to his
Suffering Creditors and that his Circumstances are such that your humble Supplicant is not any Sort Capable to satisfie
their just demands therefore your humble Supplicant humbly represents that in Order to obtain his Liberty he offers this
application to your Worships as notice in order to his obtaining an Act of Assembly in his favour and that he may perform the
requisites of the resolve of the house of Assembly in such Cases made

                                  Upon reading the above application  It is Ordered that a Certificate be made to the said Joseph McClester pursuant
to a resolve made by the upper house of Assembly the third day of September Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty one
