51 Almighty God to the evill example of all Others in such case Offending Contrary to the peace of the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the Act of assembly in such case Lately made and Provided &.a Whereupon the same Attorney of the same Lord Proprietary for the same Lord Proprietary prays the Advice of the Court here in the premisses and that due process of Law in this part against the same Henry Tomlinson may be made to Answer unto the same Lord Proprietary of and upon the premisses &c Testes Ann Coulbourn R: J: Henry
a Certain Peter Claywell Jun.r then Constable of Matapany hundred being in the peace of God and the said Lord proprietary that now is then and there being in the Execution of his said Office an assault did make and him the said Peter Claywell Jun.r then and there did Beat wound and evilly treat so that of his Life it was Greatly dispaired and other harms to the same Peter then and there did to the Grievous damage of him the said Peter and Contrary to the peace of the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Govrment Testes Peter Claywell J.r Shad.k Claywell On the foregoeing bill of Indictment it was thus Indorsed Ignoramus Alex.a Lackie foreman
