321 Seven Shillings Currant money to be paid unto the said Levin Bredell Isaiah Bredell and David Bredell their heirs Executors administrators and assigns to the which payment well and Truly to be made and done we bind Our Selves Our and either Our heirs Executors and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole firmly by these presents Sealed with Our Seals and dated this 10.th day of august ann Dom 1742 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath Transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Isaiah Bredell dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due unto the above said Orphans the Sume of One hundred and Thirty nine pounds three Shillings and Six pence Curr.t money of Maryland Therefore if the above said James Stephen Bredell Race Clark and Samuel Powell them or any of them their or any of their heirs Executors or administrators Shall well and Truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Orphans the aforesaid Sum of One hundred and Thirty nine pounds three Shillings and Six pence in Equall parts and portions according to act of assembly when they Shall arrive at full age to receive the Same &a Then the obligation to be void and of none effect Otherwise to remaine in full force and virtue &a Sealed and delivered James Stephen Bredell (seal) his Race O Clarke (seal) marke In presence of Samuel Powell (seal) Robert Jones Samuel Wilson
assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our heirs Ex.rs and Administrators for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with Our Seals and dated this 17.th day of August Ann Dom 1742 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath Transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Samuel Melson dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid Isabell Melson the Sum of four pounds Seventeen Shillings and One farthing Currant money Therefore if the above said Isaac Cooper Mitchell Dashiell and Thomas Gillisse or any or Either of them or any of their heirs executors or adm.rs Shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Isabell Melson the Sum of four pounds Seventeen Shillings and One halfe penny Currant money of Maryland according to act of assembly and the deceaseds will when she shall arrive at full age to Receive the Same &a Than the above Obligation to be Void and of None Effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &a Isaac Cooper (seal) Sealed and delivered MDashiell (seal) In the presence of Thomas Gillisse (seal) Tho Williams John Miller The Remaining part of this Courts proceeding is Entered in the next Lib |
