begetter of the Child she stands Informed against and is willing to pay her fine for the fact aforesaid &a

             Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being Seen and by the Court here fully understood   It is Considered
by the Court here that the aforesaid Rachell Davis pay unto his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary of Maryland
for her fine by the Court here upon her Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid whereof in form aforesaid
she is Convict Thirty Shillings Currant money and that the said Rachell Davis be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the
fine aforesaid      Thereupon the said Rachell Davis is Ordered by the Court here to give Security to Save and Keep
Indemnified the Justices of Somerset County and their Successors from all Troubles burthens and Charges that might
accrew by means of the birth maintainance and bringing up of the Child aforesaid &a

                Whereupon the said Rachell Davis together with Lewis Disharoon of Somerset County planter
her Security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said
Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland in Thirty pounds Currt money
of Said Province of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use
of the Inhabitants of the County of Somerset for the time being and their Successors  If it happen that the said Rachel
Davis and Lewis Disharoon or any or Either of them or any or Either of their heirs Executors or administrators doe
not from time to time and at all times hereafter acquit discharge and Save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset
County Court for the time being as also the Inhabitants of Said County of and from all Costs Charges and Burthens
whatsoever for or by Reason of the Birth maintainance and bringing up of the Child aforesaid and of and all
other suits Troubles Charges or demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the Same &a

       Thereupon the sad Rachel Davis is ordered to give security for the payment of all fee or fees due on the Information
aforesaid to any person or persons whatsoever  Whereupon the said Lewis Disharoon present herein Court in his proper
person undertook for the Same Rachell Davis to pay all fee or fees due to any person or persons whatsoever on the
Information aforesaid  In Case the said Rachell Davis doth not pay the Same &a                          ordered that Information
be filed against the aforesaid John Jones and that Caps Issue thereon Returnable to next Court &

 Now to witt this Seventeenth day of August Anno Dom One Thousand Seven hundred and forty Two
at a Court then held at dividing Creek before his Lordships Justices a Certain Owen Oday being
brought hereinto Court to answer on suspicion of felony &a
                  Whereupon the said Owen Oday is Ordered to give Security for his good behaviour and appearance
at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next following to answer unto his
Lordship ^on suspicion of felony^ &.a
                                Thereupon the said Owen Oday with a Certain John Goddard of Somerset County planter
his Security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said
Lordship in the Some of fifty pounds Currant money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands
or Tenements Severally to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied  If it happen
