311 demands whatsoever for touching or Concerning of the Same Likewise the said Hindman Wharton present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said John Jackson to pay all fee or fees due by means of the premisses and Informations to any person or persons whatsoever &a Whereas a Certain Hampton Hopkins of Sommerset County Gent Gent Administrator of a Certain Harvey Wilks Late dec.d being Subpoened to appear at this Court to give Security for the Ballance of the said dec.ds Estate according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a The Said Hampton Hopkins present here in Court in his Proper person and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here that there was not any Legall Representative of the aforesaid Harvey Wilks ^to pay the ballance of said^ Estate to And Whereas the Law directs the application of Such Ballances to be paid to the Visitors of the publick School of the County where Such Ballances doth arrise &.a Therefore the said Hampton Hopkins is discharged from the Subpena aforesaid and refered to the Visitors of the publick School for the Security of the said Ballance &a
seven hundred forty and one with force and Arms &.c the Outhouse of a Certain James Laremore at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid the same outhouse then and there being substantially built and the doore thereof Nailed feloniously did break and Enter and Ten bushells of Indian Corn of the Value of Ten Shillings Sterling of the goods and Chattles of the said James Larramore in the Same Out house then and there being found feloniously did Steal take and Carry away Contrary to the peace of the Right honourable the Lord Proprietary that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the act of assembly in Such Case Lately made and provided &a R J Henry Test James Larrimore Nehemiah Messick Mat Huggins Eliz.a Huggins Jam.s Quatermus and Ann Messick On the foregoing Bill of Indictm.t it was Endorsed Ignoramus W.m Waters foreman
