    Then Came before me the above named Richard Parker and pved the above acco.t as the Law
directs                                                                                                ADashiell

                And the aforesaid George Twilly in his proper person Cometh and defendeth the force and
Injury when &a and saith that he Cannot deny the action aforesaid of the aforesaid Richard Parker nor
Can he Say but that he did assume upon himselfe in manner and form as the aforesaid Richard Parker
above against him hath Complained and as to the damage of the Same Richard by him by Occasion of the
premisses in that part Sustained the Same George Saith and acknowledgeth that the aforesaid Richard hath sustained
damages by Occasion of the premisses beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in this part apposed
to Three pounds fifteen Shillings and three pence farthing Currant money of Maryland and not more and becaus
the aforesaid Richard denys not this but the Same allegation grants to be true prays Judgmt for those
damages above acknowledged together with his Costs and Charges afd ^to him to be^ adjudged &a

                   Therefore by Consent of the parties aforesaid it is Considered that the aforesaid Richard
Parker Recover against the aforesaid George Twilly his damages aforesaid to the aforesaid Three pounds fifteen
Shillings and three pence farthing Currant money of Maryland in form afd acknowledged as also Two hundred &
260   Eighty Two                                    pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges aforesaid to the Same Richard
at his request by the Court now here adjudged which Certain damages in the whole amount to Three pounds fifteen Shillings
and three pence farthing Currant money of Maryland and Two hundred and Eighty Two                             pounds of tobacco
and the aforesaid George in Mercy &a
