30 he giveing security for to Comply with the act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a Whereupon the said Heber Whittingham with Samuel Wilson and Henry Ballard of Somerset County Gentleman ^his securitys^ all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of Maryland in the full and Just sum of Five pounds Current money of said Province of their bodys Goods or Chattles lands or tenements ^severally^ to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Heber Whittingham doe not pay and Satisfie unto the sheriffe of the County af.d for the time being Fifty Shillings Current money of the province af.d Yearly and Every Year he shall keep such Ordinary or hous of entertainment as af.d &c Likewise the said Heber Whittingham with Samuel Wilson and Henry Ballard his Securitys all present herein Court ^in their proper persons^ as aforesaid acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary in Forty pounds Currant Money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors If it happen that the said Heber Whittingham doe not keep good rules and Orders and doe suffer Idle loose or disorderly persons to tipple Game or Committ disorders or Other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a
