29 Whereupon the said Patrick Ellison with Robert Jenckins Henry of the County af.d Gent and James Martin of the same place Gent his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of Maryland in the full and Just sum of Five pounds Current money of of said province of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Patrick Ellison doe not pay and Satisfie unto the Sheriffe of the County af.d for the time being Fifty Shillings Current money of the province af.d Year^ly^ and Every Year he shall keep such ordinary or house of Entertainment as af.d &c Likewise the said Patrick Ellison with Robert Jenckins Henry and James Martin his Securitys af.d all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary in Forty pounds Current money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Patrick Ellison doe not keep good rules and orders and do Suffer Idle loose and disorderly persons to tipple Game or Committ disorders or other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the Same Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly in such Case provided &c
