do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at
dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next Following and doe not then and there give such evidence as she
knoweth against the af.d Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony and doe depart the same Court without Leave &c

 Now to witt the Sixteenth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty
one at a Court then held at dividing Creek before his Lordships Justices Came a Certain James
Larramore of Somerset County planter in his proper person According to a Certain recognizance
by him in this part first acknowledged for his appearance at this Court to prosecute and give Evidence against
a Certain Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &c   and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he discharged
from the same &c   Thereupon the said James Larramore his appearance is recorded and he Accordingly
discharged &c   Whereupon the said James Larramore is ordered to give new recognizance in Fifty pounds
Curr.t money of Maryland for his appearance at June Court then next Following to prosecute and give Evidence
on behalfe of his Lordship against the said Nicholas Buckler on Suspicion of felony &c

                   Thereupon the said James Larramore present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged
himself Indebted unto his said Lordship the right Honourable the Lord proprietary of maryland in fifty pounds
Curr.t money of said province of his body goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the use of his
said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen that the said James Larramore do not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of June then next Following and doe not then and there ^Prosecute and^ give such Evidence as he knoweth against
the af.d Nicholas Buckler on suspicion of felony and doe depart the same Court without Leave &c

                          Memorandum that at a Court of his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord
proprietary of the province of Maryland held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of march (to witt)
the Sixteenth day of the same month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one before his said Lordships
Justices the peace in the County af.d to keep Assigned by the oath of twelve Jurors being presented that Violet Davis
late of all hallows parish in the County af.d spinster the fifteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and forty one at the parish af.d in the County af.d did Commit Fornication with a Certain person to
the Jurors af.d unknown and did permit the same unknown person then and there to have Carnal knowledge of
her body and a bastard Child on the body of her the same Violet then and there to beget to the high displeasure of
