    Ordered that the Following persons and Taxables be added to John Hoofinging Overseer of the Roads through
the marsh at nanticoke and as where he is Overseer of and that they be acquited from the Other Roads that they usually
Laboured on to witt Charles Ackworth Two Taxables Thomas Acksorth Two Taxables Joseph Tully One Thomas Butting one
Thomas Gillisse One William Brown One Two Benjamin Venables Two John Bradly Samuel Bradly One Charles ][illegible] ^James [illegible] one^ John
Robinson Two Thomas Hoofington One John Powell One John Hardy One &a


Rum Rated by the Justices at Twelve Shillings and Six pence p Gallon and so pro rato for a greater or Lesser quantity
and all Other Lyquors and Ordinary Expences Rated as Usuall &a


                            Att a Court held at dividing Creek by Capt John Handy high Sheriffe of Sommerset County together
with the worshipfull John Scot George Dashiell Thomas Gillisse and Mitchell Dashiell Gent his Lordships Justices
^of the Clerk of the County Court^ on the twenty Eighth day of October Ann Dom 1741 and did then and there pursuant to his said Lordships writt of
Election at a Court and did Cause publick proclamation to be made during the setting of the same Court in Common
form that the day for the Election for Burgesses should be on the monday the Sixteenth day of November then next following
at dividing Creek in and for the County afd unto which time and place the Court is adjourn'd unto &a

                                        At which day Came againe the said Sheriffe with Coll Robert King Capt John Scot Capt James
and Severall Other Justices and the Clerk of the County Court and the Court being Called in Common form the Severall fee
holders did then and there Elect and Chose M.r William Stoughton Coll Robert King Major Geo Gale and Capt Jam.s
Martin Gent as Burgesses for the County afd to Serve in the next Generall assembly at the City of annapolis &c



                               The Court Adjourns untill the Third Tuesday of March Anno Dom 1741
