217 Almighty God to the Evill Example of all others in such Case offending Contrary to the peace of the said Lord Proprietary that now is his good Rule and Government and against the form of the act of assembly in such case made and provided &.a Whereupon the same attorney of the said Lord proprietary prays the advice of the Court herein the premisses and that due process of Law in this part against the af.d Henry Walston may be made to answer the same Lord Proprietary ^of^ and upon the premisses &.a Thereupon it is Commanded the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take the said henry Walston if &.a to answer &.a and afterwards to witt the Seventeenth day of November before his Lordships Justices at a Court then held at dividing Creek Came the af.d Henry Walston in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his security in this part first acknowledged and had a hearing of the Information af.d and saith that he Cannot deny the but that he is Guilty of the premisses af.d in the Information af.d specifyed in manner and form as by the Information af.d above against him supposed and the premisses af.d in the Information af.d Expressly acknowledgeth and is willing to pay his fine for the fact af.d &.a Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the af.d Henry Walston pay unto his said Lordship the Right Honourable Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of maryland for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d he is Convict thirty Shillings Currt money of maryland and that the said Henry Walston be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine af.d &.a And thereupon the said Henry Walston is discharged paying the severall Fees due by Occasion of the premisses af.d &.a
in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty one before Robert King Esq.r and his Associates the said Lord propry his Justices of the same County Court and for the same Lord proprietary doth give the |
