   John Wildman
    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take John Wildman if he
should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November
Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to Satisfie Archibald McNeal late of Somerset County Joyner of three
hundred and four pounds of tobacco which to the same Archibald in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices
thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the same Justices were adjudged for his Costs and Charges which he sustained in a Certain
plea of trespass upon the Case by the af.d John Wildman against the same Archibald McNeal in the same Court Impetrated According
to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against parties plantiffs which their writts in Such manner of pleas do not
prosecute or in the same should be precluded whereof he is Convict &c  And the same day is given to the af.d Archibald here &c

                            Att which day here Came the af.d Archibald McNeal in his proper person and the sheriffe (to witt) John Handy Gent
at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d John Wildman whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie
the said Archibald of the Costs af.d as to him it was Commanded &c

    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take John Lecat late
of Somerset County planter otherwise Called John Lecatt of Somerset County and province of
Maryland if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and forty one to satisfie John Henry late Sheriffe as well a Certain debt of Eight thousand pounds of
tobacco which the same John Henry in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek
recovered against him as of three hundred and Seventy one pounds of tobacco which to the same John Henry in ^the^ our same Court
were Adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of the Detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &c and
the same day is given to the af.d John Henry here &c

                            Att which day here Came the af.d John Henry by Robert Jenckins Henry ^his Attorney^ and the sheriffe (to witt) John
Handy Gent at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d John Lecatt whose body hereat this day he had
ready to satisfie the said John Henry of the debt and damages af.d as to him it was Commanded      and the said John Lecatt
being by the sheriffe Ledd to the barr by vertue of the writt af.d and being by the Court here asked whether he was not the same
John Lecatt the same person that the af.d John Henry in the debt and damages af.d above   Convicted or not saith that
he is      Thereupon the same John Lecatt is Committed to the prison of the af.d Sheriffe thereto remain in safe Custody
