before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie Edmund Crapper Jr late of
Somerset County planter Administrator of all and Singular the goods Chattles and Credits which were of Godfrey
Sprogles lately deceased at the time of his death with the testament of the said Godfry Annexed of three hundred
and twenty pounds of tobacco which to the same Edmund Crapper J.r in his Lordships County Court of Somerset
before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek by discretion of the same Justices were Adjudged for his Costs and Charges
which he sustained in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the af.d Duncan Murray against the same Edmund
Crapper J.r in the same Court Impetrated According to the form of the statute thereof made and provided against
parties plantiffs which their writts in such manner of pleas do not prosecute or in the same should be precluded
whereof he is Convict &c  And the same day is given to the af.d Edmund here &c

                         Att which day here Came the af.d Edmund Crapper Adm.r as af.d by William Arbuckle his Attorney
and the sheriffe (to witt) John Handy Gent at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d Duncan
Murray whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the said Edmund of the Costs af.d as to him it was
Commanded &c
                            Whereupon the af.d sheriffe altho' at the same day Solemnly Called brings not in the body of
the af.d Duncan Murray According to the return of the writt af.d but made default &c

    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take John
Wildman late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and forty one to Satisfie Archibald McNeal of four pounds Eighteen Shillings and one penny Curr.t money and
Seven hundred and Sixty nine pounds of tobacco which to the same Archibald McNeal in the same Court before his
Lordships Justices at dividing Creek were adjudged for his Damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise
and Assumption to the same Archibald by the af.d John made and not performed whereof he is Convict &c  And the
same day is given to the af.d Archibald here &c

               Att which day here Came the af.d Archibald McNeal in his proper person and the sheriffe (to witt) John
Handy Gent at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d John Wildman whose body hereat this
day he had ready to satisfie the said Archibald McNeal of the damages af.d as to him it ^was^ is Commanded &c
