between Sam.ll Wilson and William Turpin son of John which said Ceader post is alsoe divisionall bounder
between the above said Wilson and Turpin that stood the first bounder of the above said John Turpins Land and
further this deponant saith not

    Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take John
Eshom late of Somerset County planter otherwise Called John Eshom of Somerset County
and province of Maryland planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held
at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty One to satisfie
James Stephen Bredell as well a Certain debt of forty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland which the same James Stephen
Bredell in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek recovered against him as of Two hundred and
ninety nine pounds of tobacco which to the same James Stephen in the same Court were Adjudged for his damages which
he had by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &c  And the same day is given to the af.d
James Stephen here &c

                         Att which day here Came the af.d James Stephen Bredell by George Douglas his Attorney
and the sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy ^Gentleman^ at the same day now here returned that he had taken the
af.d John Eshom whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d James Stephen Bredell of the debt and
damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &c

Take Joarib Field late of Somerset County Marriner if he should be found in
his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the
Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at deviding Creek the third tuesday of
November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to Satisfie John Newbold of Ten
Pounds four shillings and ^Eleven^ nine pence Currt money of maryland and three hundred and fifty two pounds
of tobacco which to the same John Newbold in the said Court before his Lordships Justices were
Adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of a Certain Promise and assumption to the same
