above against him hath Complained and Assessed the damages of the same Levin by Occasion of the nonperformance of the
promise and Assumption af.d beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed to Seventeen pound ten
shillings and two pence Curr.t money of Maryland and for these Costs and Charges to one pound of tobacco

                               Therefore it is Considered that the af.d Levin Gale recover against the af.d James Townsend in his
Damages af.d by the Jurors af.d in form af.d Assessed as also                                                                                     pounds
1068   of tobacco for his Costs and Charges af.d to the same Levin by the Court now here of his Assent of Increase of Judgment which
1069   Certain damages in the whole Amount to Seventeen pounds ten shillings and two pence Curr.t money of Maryland and
                                                                      pounds of tobacco and the af.d James in mercy &.c

     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take the said Daniel
Young late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty to Answer
unto Thomas Newbold of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c  And the same day is given to the af.d Thomas here &c

                Att which day here Came the af.d Thomas Newbold by George Douglas his Attorney and the sheriffe to witt
John Handy Gent now here returned that he had taken the af.d Daniel Young whose body here at this day he had ready
to Answer the af.d Thomas Newbold of the af.d plea as to him it was Commanded

                   Whereupon the af.d Daniel Young puts in his place William Arbuckle Gent Attorney at Law against
the af.d Thomas Newbold of the af.d plea

                      And thereupon at the request of the parties af.d day is to them now here given untill next Court to be held
at dividing Creek in and for the County af.d the third tuesday of March then next Following in the same state as at present
saveing to the parties af.d &c

                         Att which day here Came again as well the af.d Thomas Newbold as the af.d Daniel Young by their
Attorneys af.d and hereupon the said Thomas Newbold Complained against the af.d Daniel Young in the plea af.d in form
Following   Somerset ss  Daniel Young late of Somerset County planter was Attached to Answer unto Thomas Newbold
of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c

                                     And Whereupon the said Thomas by George Douglas his Attorney Complains that whereas
the said Thomas on the Eighth day of September Anno Dom MDCCXL at the County af.d was possessed of a Deer of
the price of forty shillings Curr.t money of Maryland as of his proper deer and so being thereof possessed afterwards
to wit the day and year af.d at the County af.d the said deer out of his hands and possession Casually lost which said Deer
