 You Joarib Field Elias Evans and David Murray do Confess Judgment

to John Newbold for the sum of ten pounds four shillings and Eleven pence
Currt money and three hundred and fifty two pounds of tobacco which sum
was Recovered by the said John Newbold against Joarib Field on the sixteenth day of
June One thousand seven hundred and forty one in the County Court the said ten pounds
four shillings and Eleven pence and three hundred and fifty two pounds of tobacco to
be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said John
Newbold in Case the said Joarib Field shall not pay and satisife unto the said John Newbold
ten pounds four shillings and eleven pence and three hundred and fifty two pounds of
tobacco so as af.d Recovered against him Additionall Costs on the tenth day of November
next Given under our hands this 25.th day of September Anno Dom 1741      Jam.s Martin

for the sum of four pounds eighteen shillings and one penny Currt
money and seven hundred sixty nine pounds of tobacco which sums was recovered by the
said Archibald Mackneal against John Wildman on the seventeenth day of June Last
in the County Court of Somerset the said four pounds eighteen shillings and one penny Currt
money and seven hundred and sixty nine pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodys Goods
or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said Archibald Mackneal in Case the said
John Wildman shall not pay or satisfie to the said Archibald Mackneal the said four pounds
Eighteen shillings and one penny Currt money and seven hundred and sixty nine pounds
of tobacco so as af.d Recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth
day of November next ensueing the date hereof as Wittness our hands this 4.th day of September
