found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Anno
Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to answer unto Duncan Murray of a plea of trespass upon
the Case &.a and the same day is given to the af.d Duncan here &.a

                         Att which day here Came the af.d Duncan Murray by George Douglas his attorney and
the Sheriffe to witt John Handy Gent now here Returned that he had taken the af.d Edmond Crapper Jr
whose body hereat this day he had ready to answer the af.d Duncan Murray of the af.d Plea as to him it was
Commanded                     Whereupon the af.d Edmond Crapper J.r puts in his place William Arbuckle
Gent Attorney at Law against the af.d Duncan Murray of the af.d Plea

                            And thereupon at the Request of the parties af.d is to them now here given untill
next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County af.d the third tuesday of March then next Following
in the same state as at present saveing to the parties af.d &.a

             Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d Duncan Murray as the af.d Edmond Crapper Jun.r
by their attorneys af.d and hereupon the said Duncan Murray Complained against the af.d Edmond
Crapper Jun.r in the plea af.d in form Following            Somerset ss   Edmond Crapper Jun.r Late of
Somerset County Planter Administrator of all and Singular the goods Chattles Rights and Credits which
were of Godfrey Sprogle lately deceased at the time of his death with the testament of the said Godfrey
annexed was attached to answer unto Duncan Murray of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a

                And Whereupon the said Duncan by George Douglas his attorny Complains that whereas
a Certain Godfrey Sprogles on the XIIJ day of June Anno Dom MDCCXXXVIj at the County af.d was
Indebted to the said Duncan by an account for Sundry matters in account properly Chargeable in the sum
of thirty six pounds eighteen shillings and nine pence Currt money of maryland and so thereof to the said
Duncan Indebted dyed Intestate after whose death the said Edmond Crapper had administration of the
estate of the said Godfrey in due form of Law by Nehemiah King Gent deputy Commissary of the County
af.d granted and whereas after the administration af.d vizt on the                   day of             Anno Dom
                                  at the County af.d a Certain Communication was had and moved between the said
Duncan and the said Edmond Concerning the debt afd of the said Duncan to him from the said Godfrey
due and also Concerning his the said Edmonds accounting with the Commissary for and Concerning
the Estate of the said Godfrey the said Edmond on Consideration that he the said Duncan on the
