                       June Court                               1741                       132

    sum was Recovered by the said Joseph Ennalls against Thomas Cary on the 17.th day of March 1740
    in the County Court the said Sixty two pounds Currt money of maryland and two hundred and Sixty five
Pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tennements for the use of the said
Joseph Ennalls In Case the said Thomas Cary shall not pay and satisfie to the said Joseph Ennalls the said
sixty two Pounds Currt money and two hundred and ninety seven pounds of tobacco so as af.d Recovered with
the additionall Costs thereon on the 10.th day of November next           taken the 12.th day of May 1741

                               I Do hereby Certifie that George M.ccKean took the severall oaths to the Government
appointed by act of assembly to be taken and the oath of under sher and subscribed the oaths of

                  Ordered by the Court here that Stephen Lank Recover against Francis Tate one hundred
and eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance six days as an evidence on behalf
of his Lordship against the said Francis Tate he haveing made oath to the same &.a


                   Ordered by the Court here that Marshall Townsend Recover against Robert Geddes two hundred
and ten pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance seven days as an evidence on
behalf of the said Robert Geddes against John Bell he haveing made oath to the same &.a


                      Ordered by the Court here that William Gullet Recover against William Kitchen Sixty pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance two days as an evidence on behalf of the said William
Kitchen against Mary Bozman he haveing made oath to the same &.a

                      Ordered by the Court here that John Sheldon Recover against Benjamin Warrington Ninety
pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance three days as an evidence on behalf of the said
Benjamin Warrington against James Townsend he haveing made oath to the same &.a

             Ordered by the Court here that Sarah Gray Recover against Benjamin Warrington sixty pounds of
tobacco being due unto her for her attendance two days as an evidence on behalf of the said Benjamin
Warrington against James Townsend she haveing made oath to the same &.a

       Ordered by the Court here that Daniel Dennis Recover against William Jarman ninety pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his attendance three days as an evidence on behalf of his Lordship against
the said William Jarman he haveing made oath to the same &.a

          Ordered by the Court here that John Bowen Recover against Leonard Johnson etuxor two hundred
and forty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance eight days as an evidence on behalf of the
said Leonard Johnson etuxor against John Purnall J.r he haveing made oath to the same &.a

                   Ordered by the Court here that Priscilla M.ccClemmy Recover against Leonard Johnson etuxor one
hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto her for her attendance four days as evidence on behalf
