above Account is Justly due and that he has rec.d no part nor pcell thereof directly nor Indirectly nor Security not satisfaction for the same nor any part thereto his knowledge Sworn the day above before Henry Ballard Somerset County ss Whereas it has been made appear by Sundry psons that John Evans late of Somerset parish in the County af.d planter has obsconded from the place of his pretended abode and that his Creditor Cannot (seal) meet with any pson that Can give any Account of him so as to Come by their Just due but on the Contrary have many reasons to belive that he is fled from this County These are therefore to require your on sight hereof to Issue Attachment agreeable to Act of Assembly in such provided for the sum of Eight hundred fifty seven pounds of tobacco being the debt mentioned in the within Account with Incident Costs that may arise thereon and for soe doeing this shall be your Warrant dated at monoken under my hand and seal this 23d day of March Anno Dom 1740/1 To M.r Thomas Hayward Cll of Somerset County Ring These 1721 In |
