Lusby Executer of John Lusby and Acting Guardian to said minors do return as follows there estimate of the annual rental value thereof The Farm contains 330 acres 100 of which are of waste land It is divided into Five fields one Lot and Garden Said garden poorly fenced Orchard of Some 50 Trees not much importance Main Building is 17 by 30 with 2 Rooms below and up Stairs of Brick Frame addition 17 by 32 one room passage and kitchen and 3 rooms above Meet house 12 by 12 in good repair Dairy 8 by 8 in bad repair Carriage House 12 by 21 in tolerable repair Corn Crib 10 by 18 " " " Stable 18 by 29 with Shed attached in bad repair Barn 30 by 40 with 7 feet corn Cribs on each Side in good order 2 Stories high Tenant House 16 by 16 in Tolerable repair Fencing in tolerable repair For which farm we fix the annual rental value at Six hundred and fifty dollars ($650) B.
