We the Subscribers appointed by the Orphans Court of
Kent County to view the Estate of Emma Baker Wm T.
Baker Virginia Baker Zoa Baker S. J. Baker and A. L. Baker
in the hands of C. H. Baker acting guardian and to estimate
the annual value thereof and further to do what
is required by the annexed appointment do hereby certify and return
that we have valued the Real Estate of said minors and
estimate the annual value thereof as follows
       Home Farm                              @   $1700.00
one half of all grain fruit and other produce that may be
raised on said farm outside of the Garden Main Building
44 by 20 6 rooms 20 by 20 pasage 10 by 20 Porch 12 x 30 Back Building
36 x 18 Dining Room 12 x 18 Pantry & Kitchen meat House 12 x
12 milk House 10 x 12 Hen House 12 x 12 carriage House 12 x
a6 Carriage House 10 x 18 Three Tenant Houses each 14 x 16
with pailed garden all the above Buildings in good order
Stable 30 x 40 passage 16 x 30 Barn 40 x 60 corn crib off 10 feet
wide cow shed 16 by 45 Stable Barn & Cow Shed in ordinary
repair Peach Orchard of 4000 trees in full bearing and
small apple orchard of old trees Pear Orchard of 2000 trees
not in full bearing The Farm is divided into three fields
and Peach apple and Pear orchards Fencing in good order
To be cultivated one field in corn one in wheat and
one in grass
                   Forest Farm              at              $1200.00
or one half of all grain fruit and other produce that
may be raised on said farm outside of garden Main Building
16 x 40 6 Rooms 15 x 18 and Passage Back Building
18 x 24 Pantry Kitchen & two rooms above meat House
12 x 12 Stable 24 by 30 10 stalls and feed Room above
buildings in good repair Granary 24 x 40 with corn
crib on one end 10 x 24 & Carriage House 12 x 16 not in
good repair Divided into six fields to be cultivated
two fields in corn two in wheat and two in grass
Fenceing in good order and garden well pailed in

Thomas Farm & Toddy Hall valued @ $1300.00 or
one half of all grain fruit and other produce that may be
raised on said Farm outside of Garden Main Building 22 x
44 Parler 16 x 18 Dining Room 14 x 18 3 rooms up stairs passage
& stareway Lower Building 18 x 24 small Room & Kitchen & 21
small Rooms up stairs in Bad repair Milk House 10 x 10
meet House 12 x 12 Carriage House 16 x 21 in good repair Granary
20 x 32 with shed stable on each side 16 x 32 in very bad repair
