    An Invintory of the Real Estate of Col James H
Gale Late of Kent county Deceased appraised in Dolls
and cents by us the subscribers being these to Lawfully
authorised on this twenty third day of March Eighteen
hundred and seventy

1 Farm or track containing
    (400 acres at $30 pr acre is         "         "      "   12000.00

We hereby certify and return the above Inventory to be a
true and just valuation of all and singular the Real Estate
of Col James H Gale Late of Kent County Deceased
so far as the same has come to our sight and knowledge
value and appraised by us in Dollars and cents Amounting
to Twelve thousand Dollars
                                           In testimony where off we have
here unto set our hands and affixed our seals this day
and date of this article

An Inventory of the anual value of the Real Estate of Virginia
Elizabeth Rile and Henry Clay Rile appraised by us the
subscribers being legally appointed there to by the Orphans
Court of Kent County A lot or parcel of land situate
and lying in the village of Kennedyville being Eighty
feet front by one hundred and sixty feet deep Inclosed
by a Pail Fence ¼ acre of land more or less  we the subscribers
do certify the foregoing is a just and true annual
rental valuation of all and singular the Real estate of
the said Virginia Elizabeth Rile and Henry Clay Rile
so far as the same have come to our Knowledg as valued
and appraised by us in Dollars and Cents according to the
best of our skill and ^judgment amounting six dollars^  In Testimony whereof we hereto
subscribe our names and affix our seals this 26.th day
of March in the year one Thousand eight hundred and seventy
