In testimony of which we have herto set our hands and seals and annexed thereto the warrant under which we have acted and the oaths therein by us taken this twenty third day of may in the year Eighteen Hundred and sixty four U.S.J.R. Handy (seal) 5 cts In accordance with the requirements of the above warrant the underigned on the eighteenth day of september one thousand eight hundred & sixty nine After viewing the real estate of James P Richard Spencer Robert & maria spencer Wickes (minors) in common with W H Wickes Charlotte A Strong Mary S Wickes & Martha S Wickes On Easterneck Island do return as their estimate the rental value thereof at eighteen hundred & fifty Dolls per Annum we would reccommend the cultivation as follows for which 1870 school House field & lot north of orchard containg 90 acres For corn cabin cover field 85 Acres & Lawn lot 20 acres for 1871 for wheat Black walnut field & lot adjoining 95 acres & spring lot farm acres for 1872 wheat Cabin cow field lot adjoining 95 acres & spring lot of four acres for Cow school House field & Lawn The buildings & fencing are in good order & repair no stock or farming impments or slaves In tesmony whereof we have hereunto subscribed our hands and seals the day & date above written V.
