we the Subscribers do hereby certify that the above
appraisment in our Judgement is correct made this
day of may Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Six all
of which we Respecfully report as givin under
our hands and seal

We the subscribers appointed by the Orphans Court of
Kent County to view the estate of John W Jarman and
Thomas George Jarman minors in the hands of Sarah A
Jarman their guardain and to estimate the annual value thereof
and further to do what is enjoined in the annexed appointment
Do hereby certify that we have valued the real estate of John
W Jarman and Thomas George Jarman and estimate the annual
value thereof at one thousand one hundred and Sixty five
dollars current money there is on the land a good Brick
dwelling and Kitchen and all ^other^ necessary buildings for the
said farm in the same repair escepting meargtuir as returned
in our returns made of the same premises in the year 1842
in which return is also the dementions of all the buildings
an apple orchard with some peach trees between them all
bearing fruit a thrifty orchard of 160 peach trees in full
bearing a paled garden in good order fencing in good order
there are about 175 acres of cleared land and supposed to
be fifty acres in woods the whole tract supposed to
contain 225 acres   In witness whereof we have hereunto
annexed our said appointment and the oath by us
taken this eleventh day of Febuary 1865

          We the under sign being appointed By the orphans
court of Kent Co Md to appraise the rental value
of the real Estate of Walter Legg minor met there
on & beg leaf to report ap fallers   Thare is said to be 84
A. of land of 69 are arable & the ballance in wood
the fenceing is in a vary bad condishion & no timber
to make rails the farm is Devided in three fields
