          We the Subscribers appointed by the Orphans Court of Kent County
to view and estimate the annual valuation of the Real Estate of
William Thomas Urie minor in the hands of George Vickers his Guardian
and further to do what is informed by said commission herewith
annexed beg respectfully to report

That having viewed the premises we report that we estimate the annual
value at and for the same of Seven Hundred and fifty dollars; we also
recommend some repairing to be done on the Buildings; we recommend
the farm to be tilled thirdly;   For description of buildings &c please
see former report

             In Witness whereof we have hereto annexed our said appointment
and the oath by us taken this 27.th day of March 1860
