105 We the subscribers appointed by the Orphans Court for Kent County to Estimate and appraise the real estate of the late Danl W. Turner deceased do hereby certify being first legally authorised and qualified return that we did on the twenty first day of October 1872 value the real estate of said deceased viz One lot of land situate in village of Still Pond supposed to contain about four and a half acres of land together with and old one story dwelling 16 x 38 ft with shed kitchen attached 11 x 15½ ft in very bad condition also smoke house 10 x 12 ft in fair order which we value at the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000) One Wheelright shop two story 20 x 32 ft nearly new with the land it occupies which we value at the sum of Five Hundred dollars ($500) One Blacksmith Shop one story 20 x 30 ft in fair order with the land it occupies which we value at the sum of Three Hundred dollars $300
We certify that the above and foregoing is a just and true valuation of the real estate of Daniel W. Turner deceased so far as the same has come to our sight and knowledge and as valued by us in dollars and cents according to the best of our skill and judgment amounting to the sum of eighteen hundred dollars John Wilson F.
