the said William afterwards to witt the day and year afd at the County afd had notice and Whereas
the said William afterwards to wit on the day and year afd in the County afd was
Indebted unto the said Rob.t in Other nine pounds four Shillings and Six pence Curr.t money
of Maryland for Sundrys goods wares and Merchandize by the said Robert to the said Will.m
at the speciall request and Instance of the said William before that time Sold and delivered
as by an account thereof hereto annexed may appear and being so thereof Indebted
afterwards to witt ye day and year afd at the County afd upon himself did assume and to
the said Robert then & there promise that he the said William the Said Last Named nine
pounds four Shillings and Six pence when he Should be afterwards thereto required he would
well and faithfully pay and Content and whereas the said William afterwards to witt the
day and year last mentioned at the County afd was Indebted to the Said Robert in the
Sum of Eleven hundred and Seven pounds of tobacco for Sundry ^of the^ goods and Merchandize by
the said Robert to the said William at the Especial request and Instance of the said W.m
before that time sold and delivered as by One other account thereof hereto annexed may appear
and so being thereof Indebted afterwards to witt on the day and year afd at the County aforesaid
upon himselfe did assume and to the said Robert then & there faithfully promise that he the
said William the said Eleven hundred & Seven pounds of tobacco when he Should be afterwards
thereto required well & faithfully pay or Content  Nevertheless the said William his Severall
promisses and assumptions afd in form afd made nothing regarding but minding and fraudulently
the said Robert in that part Craftilly and Subtily to deceive and defraud the said
Severall Sums of money and tobacco or any part of them to the said Robert hath not
paid or him for the same in any sort contented but the same to do hitherto altogether hath
refused and still doth refuse altho thereto afterwards to witt on the day and year afd
at the County afd and often since that time by the said Robert required whereupon the
Robert says he is damnifyed twenty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland & thereof he brings
