took the above depositiones the Execution further appears by a skeddell Returned I nect to

     Joseph MaClester
    Command was given to the Coroners of Somerset County that they
should take Joseph Macclester Late of Somerset County Gent if he should
be found in their bailywick and him should safe keep so that they might
  have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred thirty seven
to satisfie Joshua Caldwell of Twenty three pounds ten Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and Twelve
hundred and Eighty Eight pounds of tobacco which to the Same Joshua in the Same Court before the Justices
thereof at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain
promise and assumption to the same Joshua by the afd Joseph made and not performed whereof he
is Convict &c  Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing
Creek Came the afd Coroners to witt Henry Ballard & William Lane Gent and at the same day here returned
that they had taken the afd Joseph MccClester whose body here at this day they had ready to sati^s^fie ^&c^ as to
them it was Commanded      You Joseph Macclester Benj.a Townsend and Daniel
Cordery doe Confess Judgment to Joshua Caldwell for the sum of twenty three pounds ster
shillings Curr.t money of maryland and twelve hundred and eighty eight pounds of
tobacco which sum was recovered by the said Joshua Caldwell against Joseph MccClester
on the fifteenth day of march seventeen hundred and thirty six in the Somerset County
Court the said money and tobacco to be levied of your bodies goods or Chattells Lands
or tennements for the use of the said Joshua Caldwell in case the said Joseph M.ccClester
shall not pay and satisfy to the said Joshua Caldwell the said sum of twenty three
pounds of tobacco so as af.d recovered against him with the additional Cost thereon on
the the tenth day of february next         June 21st 1737  Taken Acknowledged before
me                                                                                                         Levin Gale
