81 the County af.d to witt Joseph MccClester Gen.t at the same day here returned that he had taken the af.d Ann Draper whose body here at this day ^he^ had ready to answer the af.d Samuel Robinett of the af.d plea as to him it was Commanded And the said Ann Draper by George Douglas her attorney Cometh hereinto Court and thereupon at the request of the parties day is given to the parties afd to be before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next following in the state wherein they now are saving to the parties afd &c Att which day here Came the afd Ann Draper by her attorney afd and the said Samuel Robinet his writt afd against the afd Ann Draper did not prosecute Therefore he & his pledges of prosecuting be in mercy and Lett the plft name pledges &.c and that the afd Ann Draper goe thereof without day also it is Considered that the afd Ann Draper Exrx of the same Alex.d Draper recover against the afd Samuel Robinet her damages by occasion of the premisses 164 to one hundred & Eighty Six pounds of tobacco to the same Ann Draper by discretion of the Justices here at the request for her Costs and Charges in that part Sustained according to the form of the Statute thereof Lately made and provided by ye Court here adjudged and that the same Ann have thereof Execution &c
her his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the County af.d the third tuesday of march Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty six to answer unto Francis Henderson of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c and that thereof he should not fail &c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the af.d Francis Henderson by Rob.t Jenckins Henry his attorney and the sheriff of the County af.d to witt Joseph MccClester Gen.t at the same day here returned that he had taken the af.d Robert Blades whose body here at this day he had ready to answer the af.d Francis Henderson of the af.d plea as to him it was Commanded &c And the said Robert Blades by Francis Allen his attorney Cometh hereinto Court and thereupon |
