Eighty two         pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed
to the same Mathias by the Court here at his request adjudged which Certain damages in the whole
do amount to Twenty seven pounds six shillings and six pence Curr.t money of Maryland and one thousand
two hundred and Eighty two         pounds of tobacco and the afd defend.t in mercy &c

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should
take Nicholas Kelley late of Somerset County planter if he Should be found in
his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the County afd the
third Tuesday of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty seven to answer unto
Benjamin Tull of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c  and that thereof he should not fail &c

       Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek
Came the afd Benjamin Tull by ^George Douglas^ his attorney  And the Sheriffe of the County afd to witt Joseph
Macclester Gent at the same day here returned that he had taken the afd Nicholas did not prosecute
with Effect but voluntarily sufferred his Suit to be discontinued

       Therefore afterwards to witt that same day by discretion of the Justices here were adjudged
175   the same Nicholas Kelly                                                            pounds of tobacco for his Costs
and Charges by him about his defence in that part sustained according to the form of the Statute in such
Case thereof Lately made and provided and the afd Benjamin Tull in mercy and that the afd Nicholas
have thereof Execution &c

take Ann Draper Late of Somerset County Widdow Exrx of the testament & Last
Will of Alexander Draper Late of Somerset County planter dec.d if she should be
found in his Bailywick and her should safe keep so that she might have her body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the County af.d the third
tuesday of march Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty six to answer unto
Samuel Robinet of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c  and that thereof he should not fail &c
