the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for Somerset County Benjamin

    Hayman and made oath on the holy evangelist of almighty God that the within account
    is just and true as it their stands stated and that he never received any part or parcell
    of the same more then Credits given for us or any Security or Satisfaction to his own
    use or any other bodys by his order to the best of his knowledge Sworn before me   King
                                                                                                                                   1731

    And the af.d Mr Thomas Mary Tate by Francis Allen her attorney Cometh and defendeth
    the force and Injury when &.c and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the third
    Tuesday of November then next following and he hath it and the same day is given to the
    af.d Benj.a here also &c      Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d Benj.a Hayman
    as the af.d Mary Tate by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same Benj.a
    Mary prayeth further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the third tuesday of march
    then next following and she hath it and the same day is given to the af.d Benj.a here  
    also &c      Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d Benj.a Hayman
    as the af.d mary Tate by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same Mary
    prayeth further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill the third tuesday of June then
    next following and she hath it and the same day is given to the af.d Benj.a here also &c
    Att which day here Came againe as well the af.d Benj.a Hayman as the af.d mary
    Tate by their attorneys af.d and whereupon the same Mary as before defends the force
    and Injury when &c and says that the testator in his life time did not assume in manner
    and form as the plfts against her hath Complained of this she puts herself upon the Cuntry
    and the said Benj.a in like manner            Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriffe of
    the County afd that Immediately he ^should^ Cause to Come here before the Justices of his Lordships County
    Court of Somerset at dividing Creek afd this Instant third Tuesday of June Twelve &.c by whome &.c
