manner of pleas do not prosecute or in the same should be precluded whereof he is Convict
as by the Record and proceedings thereof in our same Court remaining manifestly appeareth
Nevertheless Execution of the Judgment af.d as yett remaineth to be made as by the
Insinuation of the af.d William we have received and because we are willing those
things which in our same Court are rightly acted ought to be duely executed we Command
you that by honest and Lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto the af.d Benj.a
Sharp that he be before our Justices of our County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court
house at dividing Creek af.d the third tuesday of June Next to shew Cause if any thing
for himself he hath or to say knoweth whereof the af.d William Execution of the
Costs and Charges af.d to have ought not according to the form of the Recovery af.d
if unto him it seemeth Expedient and have you there the names of those by whom
to him you you make the same known and this Writt Wittness Robert King Gen.t
Chief Justice of our said Court the nineteenth day of march in the twenty second year of
our Dominion &.c  Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty six

    Att which day before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing
Creek Cometh the afd William Gray by William Beckingham his attorney and the Sheriffe of the
County afd to witt Joseph Macclester Gent at the Same day returned that he by Virtue of the
Writt afd to him directed made known to the afd Benjamin Sharpe by Francis Porter and
John Doe honest and Lawfull men of his Bailywick that he be and appear before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at the day and place afd to shew &c  as to
him it was Commanded  and the afd Benjamin Sharpe so forewarned and at at the same
day being Solemnly Called Cometh not but makes default

       Therefore it is Considered that the afd William Gray have Execution against the Same
Benjamin Sharp of Eight hundred and ninty two pounds the Costs afd according to the force form
and Effect of the recovery afd &c
