be objected against him on behalf of his Lordship he being suspected of Comitting a fellony and that
he stand and abide the Judgment of the said Court and not depart without Leave thereof and in
the mean time to be of Good behaviour towards his Lordship and all his good people then this
Recognizance to be Void or else to remain in full force at law

    Att which day here to witt the third Tuesday of March being the day of the return of the recognizance
aforesaid the severall persons afd being Severally Called did not appear whereup the recognizance afd by
the severall persons afd in form afd acknowledged is by his Lordships Justices here respitted untill the
third Tuesday of June then next following
                                                                         Att which third Tuesday of June the said Abraham
Mannering John Bushop and Elias Pointer being all Severally Called did not appear but made
default &a

Somerset ss  Memorand.m that this day to witt the 8.th day of aprill 1738 Came
James Parramore before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the
peace to keep and did acknowledge himselfe to be Indebted to his Lordship in the
sum of Tenn pounds Sterling due to be Levied on his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship if you fail in the Condition hereafter mentioned

    The Condition of the above recognizance is Such that if the above Bound James Paramore
do be of the peace and good behaviour to all his majesties good Subjects of this County and Especially
to Solomon Heatch of Said County and make his personall appearance before the Justices of our said Coty
Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June next and Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the
Court then this recognizance to be void Else to remain in force and Virtue in the Law

    At which day here Came the said James Parrimore in his proper person and prays that his appearance
may be recorded   thereupon the said James Parrimore's appearance is recorded and he accordingly discharged
from the recognizance afd &a
