Levin Powell in the plea af.^d    Whereupon at the request of the parties af.^d
day is to them ^here^ given to ^be^ before his Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at
deviding Creek in and for the County af.^d the third tuesday of March then next
following in the same state as at present saving to the parties af.^d &.^a

    Att which day here Came againe the parties af.^d by their attorneys af.^d and
the af.^d Levin Powell who offered the writt af.^d against the af.^d John in the af.^d
plea af.^d doth not further prosecute the same Writt      Therefore he and his
pledges of prosecuting be in Mercy and let the plantiffe name pledges &.^a
and that the af.^d John Lamberson goe thereof without day Also it is Considered
that the af.^d John Lamberson recover against the af.^d Levin Powell his
damages by occasion of the premisses to:

of the Justices hereat his request for his Costs and Charges in that part sustained
according to the form of the statute thereof made and provided by the Court
here adjudged &.^a
