form as the af.d Charles and Comfort ^above^ against him declared &.a

Therefore it is Considered that the af.d Charles Stockley and Comfort his
wife recover against the aforesaid Richard Brooks their debt aforesaid and their
damages by occasion of the detaining of the same debt to four hundred & four
382                      pounds of tobacco to the same Charles and Comfort of their assent
by the Court here adjudged with Stay of Execution untill the tenth day of May the next
following and the afd defend.t in mercy &.a  Memorand.m the plfts by their attorney
afd releaseth all the above debt Save thirty two pounds thirteen Shillings and two pence

                                      Be it remembred that Edward Chambers
Esq.r Collector of the Customs of the Lord the King that now is in
pocomoke district in the County af.d who as well for the said Lord
the King the right Honourable the Lord proprietary of this province as for
himself followeth comes before the Justices of Somerset County in Court now
sitting on the twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred thirty and seven in his proper person and as well for the said
Lord the King the said Lord proprietary as for himself gives the Court hereto understand
and be informed that he the nineteenth day of January in the year of our Lord
seventeen hundred hundred thirty and seven af.d at Somerset County af.d within
the Jurisdiction of this Court seized to the use of the said Lord the King the said
Lord proprietary and himself as forfeited the Vessell or boat called the white
Haven whereof was then master a Certain person to the said Edward Chambers unknown
together with four small Sticks of Brasiletto dying wood twenty six wooden Small
bowls three small looking Glasses one Course sifter ten new england Buckets six
wooden spice mortars and small tub of gun powder twenty seven wooden platters
four small Gimlets five half bushell measures seventeen Iron Skillets Cast ware
thirteen peices of earthenware one old pewther tankard one old funnel one old
flying Gib Sail one old ax one barrell of molosses three hundred fifty and seven
pounds of pork in one open hogshead and one pair of small Stilliard for
