of and Concerning the trespass and assault afd &a      And afterwards to witt the same third Tuesday of
March that same term before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came the said Joshua Caldwell in his
proper person and had a hearing of the Indictment afd and saith that he Cannot deny but that he is
guilty of the trespass and assault afd in the Indictment afd Specified above upon him Imposed in
manner and form as by the Indictment afd above against him Supposed and the trespass and assault
afd Expressly acknowledgeth         Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the
Court here fully understood            It is Considered that the afd Joshua Caldwell pay unto his Lordship
the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by occasion
of the trespass and assault afd whereof in form afd he is Convict Twenty Shillings Curr.t money
of Maryland and that the said Joshua Caldwell be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine

Somerset County sst    Be it remembred that on the 6.th day
of march Anno Dom 1737 Came before me David Wilson one of
his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County af.d John Floyd
and W.m Turpin son of William both of the County af.d and did acknowledge
themselves Indebted unto the Lord proprietary of the province of maryland
in the full and just sum of five pounds ster each to be levied of their
goods and Chattles Land and tenements for the use of the said Lord proprietary
if the af.d John Floyd shall fail in the performance of the Condition under
written
                      The Condition of which recognizance is such that whereas
if the above bound John Floyde do make his personall appearance before
the Justices of the County af.d to be held at deviding Creek the third tuesday
of march next then and there to answer what shall be aledged against him
by the said Court and the mean time to be of good behaviour to all his Lordships
good people and in piticular to Elizabeth Cockrane   then this recognizance
to be void otherwise to be in full force and vertue      taken before David Wilson
And now to witt the third tuesday of march before his Lordships Justices
at deviding Creek Came the said John Floyd in his proper person according
to a Certain Recognizance by him and his security In that part
before acknowledged and prays that his appearance may be recorded and he
