194 and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this Twenty Second Day of March Ann Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the estate of Samuel Tomlinson dec.d where in it found that there is Bll due to the said orphans the sum of Thirty Two pounds six shillings and Two pence Current money af.d if therefore the above said Abigal Tomlinson James Holsten and Solomon Long or any ^or^ wither of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of Thirty Two pounds six shillings and Two pence to be paid them According to Act of Assembly and dece.d wills when they shall arive at full age to receive the same &.a Then the above obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to remain in full force and Vertue &.a Sealed and Delivered her in the presence of Abigall Tomlinson (seal) The sum sixty ^four^ pounds twelve John Handy marke shillings and the word four in the James Houston (seal) obligation and the words Thirty Thos Williams two six and two being enterlin'd Solomon Long (seal) before Executing
in the full and Just Sum of one hundred and six pounds Eleven Shillings Current money to be paid unto the said Mary Bratton Joshua Brattton and Rhoda Bratton their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our selv and Eithers of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severall firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 22d Day of March Ann Dom 1737 The Condition of the abov^e^ obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Quanton Bratton dec.d where in it is found that there is Ball due to the above said orphans the sum of fifty three pounds five shillings and six pence if therefore the above said Samuel Bratton and Hannah their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs or Either of them do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of fifty three pounds five shillings and six pence in Equal parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arive at full age to receive the same &a then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &a Samuel Bratton (+) Sealed and Delivered Rob.t King her Hanah + Bratton (+) in the presence of David Wilson mark William Nelson (+) John Dale (+) |
