Ordered that William Stevens Recover against John Evans One hundred and fifty
pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance five days as an Evidence on behalfe

Ordered that Thomas Talbott Recover against William Conner Ninety pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of
the said William Connor against the Benjamin Henderson he having made oath to the
same &a


Ordered that Isaac Marshall Recover against Wrixham Crapper One hundred
and Twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance four days as
an Evidence on behalfe of the Same Wrixham Crapper at Suit of Robert Bolton
he having made oath to the Same &a

     Command was given to the Chalfners of Somerset
County that they should take Richard Brooks late of Somerset
County planter otherwise Called Richard Brooks if he should be found in their bailywick
and him should safe keep so that they might have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of November Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven
to answer unto John Henry Gent sheriffe of the County afd of a plea that he render
him two hundred Sixty six pounds Curr.t money of Maryland which to him he owes
and unjustly detaines &a
                      Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
at dividing Creek Came the afd John Henry by George Douglas his attorney and the Coroners
to witt William Lane and Henry Ballard Gent.m at the same day here returned that they had
taken the afd Richard Brooks whose body here at this day they had ready to answer the afd
John Henry of the afd plea as to him it was Commanded &a            Afterwards to witt the
same third Tuesday of November Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty seven
at dividing Creek Cometh the afd Richard Brooks in his proper person and the afd
John Henry then and there his writt afd against the afd Richard did not prosecute with Effect
